Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Orbital Peak LLC (“Orbital Peak,” “we,” “us”) handles when you visit orbitalpeak.com, contact us, or use our apps, and what choices you have.
The short version
- This website has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and sets no cookies.
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
- Our apps collect only what they need to work, and each app’s App Store listing shows exactly what that is.
This website
We don’t ask you for any information on this website. Like every website, it can’t be delivered without some technical data:
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and standard request details (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare may keep this data in short-term logs.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google’s servers.
The site doesn’t use cookies, local storage, analytics, or tracking pixels.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our email is hosted by Apple (iCloud Mail).
Our apps
Each Orbital Peak app collects only the information it needs to provide its features. Before an app is released, we describe what it collects in its App Store privacy details and in an app-specific section added to this policy. Where we can, data stays on your device or in your own iCloud account, where we can’t see it.
If an app uses a third-party service, such as crash reporting, we name the service and what it receives in that app’s section.
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting and email providers), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it’s useful for supporting you, and delete it on request unless we’re required to keep it.
Children
Our website and apps aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask any other question about your privacy by emailing privacy@orbitalpeak.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above. For significant changes, we’ll make them clear on this page and in the affected apps.
